You can place a request for exchange or return any time within 7 days from the date you receive your shipment.

We won’t be able to process returns in case the request for returns is placed after 7 days from the date you receive your shipment.

We recommend that if you need an alternate replacement, do get in touch with us at the earliest as your desired product may get sold out.

If we are not able to help you find a suitable exchange or replacement, we refund your order value as Store Credit into your store account . Cash refunds is done in the following manner-

All credit card & net banking transactions will be repaid via net banking and for the COD order transactions are refunded via cheque . Payments made to Sophia Visconti using their online payment gateway will only be refunded via the same channel and the money will be reversed back to their respective credit card only. COD transactions refunds will be be sent to your mailing address via mode of cheque after the return is processed successfully. The refund process will take 14 days from the date the product is received physically at the Sophia Visconti warehouse and only when it is approved by the warehouse.

Our Quality Analysts will evaluate the products that we receive. If the products returned by you are in good condition and meet our returns norms, your refunds will be processed in full. Therefore, we recommend that when you are sending the return product do make sure that it is shipped with the original packaging,seals and tags. We will not be able to process returns for products that do not meet our “Return Quality Requirement”

Packing your returns box is fairly simple. You only need to ensure that it is secure so that the products reach us in good condition.

Step 1: Prepare your returns box – Securely pack the products you want to return in a box/envelope. Please use an additional layer of outer envelope or box to pack, when you return these products. We may not be able to process returns for products that have damaged original boxes/casings.

Step 2: Put the tags ,free gifts and original invoice received from into the returns box and secure the box with an adhesive tape

Step 3: Finally paste the Self-gumming RETURNS LABEL on the box. This label only indicates the return category- whether the product is being returned for manufacturing defect or general reasons . In case you lose or damage the Return Label, send the Shipment to the address mentioned below and write the order number on the address label,

Of course! We take care of all the necessary pick up arrangements from your delivery location.

Only If we’re unable to provide a pick up in your city, we request you to ship the returns package to us through a courier of your choice and intimate us all the relevant details including the cost incurred enabling us to credit the freight amount in your account .Please note that the freight amount to be credited would be calculated as per the rates applied and settled on the said route by our logistic partners and us.

Once we receive your shipment at our warehouse, the quality team will check the consignment for fulfillment of our return norms. We will process your Replacement, Store Credits or Refunds in a maximum of 6-7 working days from the date of receipt of your returns shipment.

In case the products do not qualify for returns or in case of any other issues, our returns team will get in touch with you.

You can track your returns in 2 easy ways – provides a free pick up – When courier executive picks up the products you want to return, he will give you an AWB number (tracking number). Please keep this safe. You can track your shipment online using this AWB number. Once the shipment reaches our warehouse, we’ll process it and send you a confirmation mail.

Return Shipment sent by you. – If you are sending the return goods on your own, you can track the status of your shipment online with the AWB number your courier company gives you. Once the shipment reaches our warehouse, we’ll process it and send you a confirmation mail.

CANCELLATION POLICY reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the policy or order has invalid address/incorrect information or for any other reason. However will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund, will be made in reasonable time.

Cancellations and amendments will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that were purchased during any special sale or markdown which is run during special holiday seasons .These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
